Damaged Products:
If your item arrives damaged, please file a claim with the USPS and follow all of their directions via their website. USPS.com. Your item is insured up to $100 included with purchase.
ORDERS ARE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED MONDAY - FRIDAY WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS (10 Business Days during our Sales). ORDERS PLACED ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS WILL BE PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY. ONCE ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED AND SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION VIA EMAIL.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Custom Fees: These fees are the responsibility of the customer. If the package is abandoned due to the customer not paying their customs taxes, we will refund the order MINUS original Shipping and 10% Restocking fee
